I run 4 weekly classes, Circuit training and Bums Legs Tums.
Circuit Training classes are a fast moving mixture of exercises covering your whole body: Cardio, Legs, Bums, Abs, Chest, Shoulders, Arms and even back! They are a really good calorie burner and great for weight loss and toning up… as well as having fun with a great group of people.
Tuesday 5.45-6.45pm and 7-8pm at Churchill Primary School in Hawkinge
Thursday 7.15-8.15pm at Christchurch Primary School in Folkestone
Bums Legs Tums is a much slower paced workout where we concentrate solely on those 3 body areas. This is particularly good for strengthening and toning, perfect shaping for summer bikini weather.
